I like to create things which can stand longer than ourselves, to employ good, positive people and improve the towns in which we live. I best describe myself as a Property Entrepreneur.

The most important thing in my life is, my family. Life balance comes second, which for me, is largely provided through surfing. Next are my other loves; property and building businesses.

​

I bought my first property at 17 and after a stint as a Policeman, I found my way into property full time as a commercial sales and leasing agent. I worked with both boutique and major firms, gaining expertise in leasing, buying and building residential, commercial, investment and development property.

​

At 33 with a personal holding in excess of 50 properties and over 10 businesses, many of which were start-ups with various partners, I thought I was king of the world and "retired"​. I was wrong, very wrong and the GFC taught me many lessons, taking a hefty financial and personal toll.

​

As a result, I have now used all this knowledge to rebuild and create a property and business portfolio that I am very proud of. I possess a greater sense of self and actively seek to share what I modestly consider to be an extensive property-based knowledge.
