PROPERTY INVESTMENT SERIES
The advent of the smart phone has contributed so much to having knowledge at our fingertips, got a question Google it right? So, with my trusty iPhone in the pocket I just ripped it out and hit record. after all the small screen wasn’t offended by my ugly noggin plus editing the first ones were my talented wife and daughter, so it was pretty easy (and accessible).
When I originally started filming these to be honest I was doing it for fun and thinking they would be helpful for clients of our businesses and friends who are interested in property investment by showing them how we turn; an old house new again without the TV tricks, or how we turn redundant space into project profits through more housing (subdivision, splitter blocks, a duplex etc.) or adding income to commercial buildings.
In my mind it was kind of one of those Reality TV Renovation shows with little tech or talent. However, as I filmed thought of my kids. You see, I lost my parents very young and there’s many things I wish I could ask them every day and while I don’t think these videos will answer all the questions Dana & James may have of me, they at least might cover some if tomorrow I exit stage left and they need some property help!
So, as I talk ‘Property Surfing’ - know this is for them, but I’ll be stoked if it helps you or your kids. Hey, let’s face it, with so much content on the internet now I’ll be lucky if even they watch it.
If you see something here where you think my experience can assist just reach out and ask, if I don’t think I can help, I’ll just say so. I welcome any comments. In the meantime, enjoy a browse;

Why? well they are steep and with many other available blocks in the area being flat which are suitable for slab on ground homes the outcome is cheaper and easier to plan. This can eliminate some 80% of the market. We’ll explain why in later videos...

DINMORE
Within 48 hrs of this coming to market 2 close friends had emailed me plus my reliable google alerts had brought it to my attention. The face value was a big block, old home with some character ready for a reno, close to a popular main street full of character, schools, rail, a nearby CBD with all the services...
SCOTT
Scott was originally two existing lots, but one was constrained by a limited access easement. This was originally surveyed in the late 1800’s when horse and carts were the method of transport. Yep! So, this meant unless we were ok to park our trusted steeds in the garage, access needed to be sorted. This may be the reason that the property had never been built on. This was rare for a parcel in a strong growth town...
