Small Lot Subdivision; 1 into 4 and Construction of 4 Dwellings. 2 Sold to Queensland Government and 2 Privately

I’m not sure which was harder here: getting this subdivision through council, the financing on the project, or dealing with the State Government in a turn key 8-unit public housing project. I usually say the government, but not in this case – it was the finance. In any case, job completed and another 10 homes added to the local community from one long unused rear paddock, though it did have the most beautiful red soil. We constructed a four bed, two-bathroom home on Lots 1 & 2, with the state project on Lots 3 & 4.
