The Oaks Grand Gladstone is a 4.5 star hotel located in the heart of Gladstone’s CBD just behind the historic Grand Hotel on Goondoon Street. Comprised of 12 levels, the project included the construction of two basement levels, ground level amenities and 144 apartments over the remaining nine levels, plus a link bridge connecting to the refurbished Grand Hotel. 

 

The basement levels provide secure parking for hotel guests with the ground level incorporating a large, well-appointed entry, foyer and reception plus swimming pool and gymnasium. The self-contained apartments consist of high quality finishes, air-conditioning throughout, modern kitchens and bathrooms plus private balconies, with the upper levels having views over the mountain ranges, harbour and ocean.
