Located in the heart of Maroochydore, Big Top Market Fresh is anchored by a first-class Woolworths Supermarket and incorporates 10,000 m2 of specialty retailers. The site sits on approximately 7 acres, with 13.15m2 gross leasable area and was valued at $19.4M.

As one of Maroochydore’s most recognised buildings, care was taken to ensure the iconic Big Top sails remained as a key component of the building design. The new sails allow natural light to flood into the central core of the trading areas, adding to the open market environment vibe.

The refurbished centre has an appealing and fresh design throughout, featuring exposed structural steel as well as brick, timber and vintage-style graphics.

The wet and dry market areas boast industrial-style concrete floors with an applied finish, and the remaining areas of the centre are tiled throughout. 

RCQ Construction also undertook the refurbishment of the external tenancies which include restaurants, cafes and bars.
